Sep. 1989, Mr. Chen Junping Established Xinli Mechanical & Electric Factory.

     Oct. 1990, Xinli Mechanical & Electric Factory successfully manufactured the first ACO non-lubricant air compressor in China.

     Aug. 1994, Xinli Mechanical & Electric Factory was authenticated by China State Agriculture Bureau as Fully-Quality-Guarantee Company.

     1996, Xinli Mechanical & Electric Factory designed its patented products triaxial impeller injector, micro septum air pump, immersible pump for both underwater and on-land use.

     Sep. 1997, Xinli Mechanical & Electric Factory was noted as “Accurate Measurement Enterprise” by Guangdong Provincial Bureau of Technology Supervision.
     Nov. 1997, Xinli Mechanical & Electric Factory participated in the first session of China International Pets Aquarium Equipments Exhibition hold in Beijing.

     Mar. 1998, Mr. Chen Junping, Director of the factory, was awarded the honor of Excellent Young Entrepreneur in Guangdong Province by Guangdong Provincial Association of Young Entrepreneurs.
     May. 1998, Xinli Mechanical & Electric Factory participated for the first time in Singapore International Pets Aquarium Equipments Exhibition.
     Oct. 1998, Mr. Brown, President of U.S. Thomas Industrial Group, visited the factory and reached a business cooperation agreement with the factory.

     Mar. 1999, the factory was upgraded to Guangdong Hailea Group Co.,Ltd.
     May. 1999, Hailea Group and Germany Aqua-medic Co.,Ltd reached an agreement of technology cooperation.
     May. 1999, Chen Junping, Chairman of Board of Hailea Group, was noted as Excellent Young Entrepreneur in Guangdong Province.
     May. 1999, Hailea Group participated in the Germany Nuremberg International Pets Aquarium Equipments Exhibition as the only and the first Chinese company.
    July. 1999, Hailea Group successfully designed the patented product NF serial albumen separator.
    Oct. 1999, Hailea Group participated in the second session of China International Tea Exposition.

     Jan. 2000, Hailea Group was noted as Company of Great Contribution to Raoping County's Economic Development.

     Sep. 2000, Hailea Group donated RMB 1.00 million to construct Raoping County Xinli Road.

     Nov. 2000, Hailea Group participated in the third session of China International Pets Aquarium Equipments Exhibition.
     Dec. 2000, Hailea Group successfully designed its patented product VP serial High-pressure Water Pump.

     Jan. 2001, Mr. Chen Junping, Chairman of Board of Hailea Group donated RMB 1.00 million to his Alma Mater Raoping County Zhelin Middle School, establishing the Hailea Scholarship Fund.
    Jan. 2001, Hailea Group's Kamjove serial tea set was appointed as The Only Tea Set Used in China International Tea Exposition.
     Mar. 2001, Hailea Group and Aqua-medic Co.,Ltd successfully developed the microprocessor heating & cooling unit, containing internationally leading technology.

     May. 2002, Kamjove Tea Set was appointed as the Only Tea Set Used in The Second Session of China Jinan International Tea Exposition.
